Thanks! I held off on that for about four years. I kept looking at the bird nest in front and rear and trying to figure it out. Finally after one of my many small cutting torch fires, I cut both panels out and threw them away. I kept the harness that runs front to back. I still have several extra wires there. The torch is a great way to help you make up your mind. I would not reccomend it as my first choice though!!

This is my trans. cooler mounted in the back bay door curbside. It was mounted on the old ac condenser in the back corner. The radiator already has a condenser for the dash air in front of it. I did not want to add more heat so I put a fan and temp sensor in the door. It pulls air from the front door and pushes it out the back one.
Back side of generator compartment
Middle bay street side. storage on front. Inverter, trans. controls in back.Front bay is open except for central vac. and compressor.
Back of cafe door. Generator bay is completely insulated. 1-1/2" foam with mass loaded vinyl between frame. .062 aluminum inside with 1" sundown mass loaded foam. The Onan quiet diesel pulls fresh air from below and forces it out behind. I put two small vents in the doors. When the generator starts a small fan pulls air in the front door over the unit and out the back. Generator is on a full extension slide.
Plumbing bay driver side. I got tired of fighting the 50 amp cord. Power cord .
I used the old bus A/C compartment for a tool box and misc. storage. Even stocked with tools, but with an eagle I won't need most of them!!SURE!

I am moving along with the interior. I did a mock-up of the entire interior from cardboard. That way I could position lights, fixtures, walls, etc. After I raised the roof I put in duct work, and wiring chanels. I then lowered it to cover all. Any interior walls will be cherry. I have been pulling curly cherry fron the bundles we get in for about five years. The finish is natural . The wood will darken with age.

Eric, You are one talented dude. I really like your cabinet work with the rounded corners, really adds a nice touch. The one pic with the empy bay, I'm jealous. That is one area I want to redo, the whole complete bay system in ours is setup lousy. At least I can tell folks I didn't have anything to do with it! You have a great layout.
Thanks for taking the time to share and give us ideas.

Eric, are we going to see your bus in South Carolina in March? I would love to bend your ear on your wood work. I need to learn the round wood thing. Nice work.
