What is this lever on the floor by the driver's right side?

Post by ItalianEagle »

We've found a lever on the floor. It's a push and pull type of lever. It says "fresh air" on it. We have tried to trace it down but cannot find it. It is between the floor and a frame rail. Can anyone tell me what that does? Thanks!
