I thought it might be fun for our members to document some non-bus projects. I had considered creating this kind of forum for a while, but the tragic loss of Richard Fosse made me pull the trigger. I had followed Richard's VW Thing project on his Face Book account and it was obvious that he and Sherri were having a ton of fun with the project and then taking it to car shows. I will use his and Sherri's FB posts to create a project thread for his project.
Most any project is fair game for this forum. I think that the members of our forum are a slightly different cut of the population . Many are very talented fabricators who enjoy creating some very unique projects.
Most any project is fair game: cars/trucks, tractors, machine restorations, wood working projects, etc.
As I say, I will start this forum with Richard's project. I hope that lots of other will create project pages.
If you don't feel comfortable starting your own thread, send me some photos and a bit of documentation and I will create it for you: jim at eaglesinternational dot net.

Good move Jim. I love the idea, and will look forward to seeing some of the work our friends do. Some of our members have some amazing cars, work shops, motorcycles, etc.. It goes on and on. As said, good idea.

Re: New Forum: Our "Other" Projects
Thanks Bill. I really hope folks jump in. Folks like Wayne (JD tractor), Byron (several projects), Eric (shop), Don Dossey (VW Bus), Dick Jaggard (several projects) quickly come to mind. Preacher Wayne always has a fun toy or two. I would guess that there are many more.
I have been working on three different projects this year: '56 Chevy, '47 Buick custom, and '59 IHC truck. Having a ball. Just need to find time to document them
