Re: Dreamscape 1968 Eagle 01
All you need to do is bend a new bracket that will drop the air unit down below where it is now. I didn't think about that. My floor is raised in that area. Iwould just bend or weld a pc. of 16g. steel. You just the linkage. I can make you a drawing, but I dont know how to post a cadd file.

Eric, I'm thinking that I'll make a bracket as you suggested and use some old linkage from my mechanical system. I'll make it work one way or another. You can make up a drawing and send it my email addy then I can post it here. Up to you!

Just cut your old linkage and mount it between the valve cover and use 2 of the blower bolts tie it to the old linkage it's real simple to mount

Re: Dreamscape 1968 Eagle 01 - Air Throttle Test 1 and 2
This is the first test at new location. The first test had only 1/2" travel due to cylinder stroke. Not enough to give the engine full throttle.
Short video.
This is the second test with linkage added. I will determine if it indeed is going full throttle stroke tomorrow. The second one was designed to take it to at least 7/8" - 15/16" stroke overall. It does look a lot better.

Re: Dreamscape 1968 Eagle 01
Well now. Here's the final result. Welded and painted. I'm fairly confident that it will work as planned.

This is the steering pump I purchased. See any problem? I'm not happy.

Re: Dreamscape 1968 Eagle 01
It won't do any good as it was a one time sale from a burned out Eagle. I'm just a little upset it wasn't mentioned. I'm over it, time to move on!

Re: Dreamscape 1968 Eagle 01
Paul, it looks like all the flanges are there. If it will seal it should work, but on the other hand if it leaks it is a b***h to get off!! I belive I would get another one.
