I changed the dates on the Events page on the main site.

Quartzite will be our first rally. Is there going to be detailed info on all the things we are going to have to do the be part of this ? Are there reservations to make, people to contact for them, or is all of this done among ourselves with a head count ? Debra and myself have our dates open so the dates will not effect us at this time. We have to get those dates off and would like to start making some plans. Will the site have hookups or is this a dry camping deal ? Any help would be great with some directions to the site. We have been out there on the Harley before, so kinda familiar with the area.

Eddie, Welcome to the Rally. The Quartzsite rally is a combined rally with the GM and Flexible group. The only thing you have to do is show up. It is dry camping. There will be a fee for parking I am not sure what it is at this time. We will have a Pot Luck dinner one night and there will be Coffee and doughnuts every morning. It will be in the Southeast corner of I 10 and hiway 95. Someone on the board will post a map and I will but out signs. We will have our annual meeting one afernoon. I will be in contact with the other groups and get more information for you as time gets closer. The date will be the 21, 22 & 23 of January 2010
I posted the wrong dates a while back and there is still some wrong information out there we are trying to get that fixed. If you need anything you can call me at 303-591-0372. I hope I have answered you questions.

Cindy & I are looking forward to it as well. . .maybe we'll get there on Thursday this time--I'm guessing it's the same place as last year? We'll be coming from Moreno Valley CA, so maybe we'll bump into Eddie while he's rolling from Palm Springs (or maybe he'll run me over)!

We will be in the Palm Springs area for a few days before the rally. Maybe we can roll together if you want. You guys can meet us at our place on Thurs or we can meet somewhere near 10. I know we are going to get a few things done to the coach at Colton probably Tues or Wed before the rally. Here is my cell phone number 650-892-8931. Let us know. We'll give you a call when the date gets closer--if it all works-out right, we'd be glad to cruise out there with you. When you get down to the So Cal area, give us a call at (951) 243-4741. . . you're probably only about an hour away, we'll head-out your direction for a visit.

That sounds good. We are going to be in Colton a few days before the Rally to get a few things fixed on the coach. I have an oil leak I have been trying to get done for awhile. I am going to get it done sometime that week. I will give you a call when we are down there.

I took some time today to go through your cronicle of building your 15. Wow ! You guys must have great neighbors !! Our neighbors would have thrown us in jail or commited!! Your effort and perserverance to get that coach to where it is today is incredible. You should both be very proud. She is a beauty. As a long time Eagle driver and lover your story is a real testiment to your commitment to our passion for this bus. I will be honored to cruise with you guys in Jan to Quartzite. I can't wait to see her in person and meet both of you as well.
