6V92 Loss of Power

We just returned from our first trip since starting our conversion. And I have to say it was very neat when we got to Elkart IN we ran into 2 other Eagle owners. We told them both about this site so hopefully they will join in.
All went well with the exception of a few times durning the trip the engine seems to "hick up". That is the best way I can describe it. It seemed to be just after I would shift into the next gear and accelorate. Some times it would be for a spit second and some times it would last a few seconds. Then it seemed to recover and would be fine. It is almost like it is not getting enough fuel. I changed both fuel filters before we left. Also I had alot of trouble keeping up my speed on some of the hills in OH. I did not expect our bus to be a speed demon but I have heard of people pulling trailers with our Eagles so when I could not keep up with traffic on these small hills in OH I can not imagine being able to pull anything. I am not sure where to look next. Does anyone have any ides. Thank you in advance.
