Hi guys me again,I'm in need of some sort of front seat for Cheryl to strap into if she's to make the trip to quarzite any body got some thing laying around that I could use or buy?

Van,

Mini-van seats are a great way to start. They usually have arm rests and seat belts built in. I am sure there are junk yards around over there. That would probably be the easiest way to go.

Dale is correct, van (no pun intended ) seats are a very inexpensive way to go. That was what I did first (then got a great seat from Dale )

The van seats that I used (still use the driver seat) did not have seat belts as a part of the seat. I drilled a 1/2 inch hole in the area above the window (there is a stout piece of tubing there and I drilled all the way through to the outside) and used that to anchor the upper part of the seat belt. I used a retracting seat belt from a junked car. The belt was not long enough to reach the top of the window, so I used a piece of 1/8 by 2 inch steel strap about 18 inches long to get the top of the belt in the correct location. Sounds a bit crude, but it did not look too bad.

Whether the seat has seat belts, or you use separate seat belts, the major concern is to make sure they are properly anchored. There is some steel under that area, but a lot of it is wood. I had to build a "bridge across the steel members to get the proper anchor. Not a huge job, but you must be careful to properly anchor the seat/seat belts.
