I would think one of the truck outfits (Peterbuilt, Kenworth) or a trailer sales could supply these.

Thanks again, Walter. I will pass this critically important info on to my repair person. And watch what he does.

Quick update. I remain stranded in an I-95 rest area, now 13 days post-bolts broken. Apparently no parts source in the entire country has wheel bolts on hand for a 1989 Silver Eagle. That includes parts places as well as Bus specialty companies. I was told by the repair outfit recommended by Coach-Net that only “Total Truck Parts” can manufacture them, but they are backed up and my request is low on its priority list. It can not provide a reliable ship date. Sure hope no one else has to go through this.

Did you call gary at b@b coach?
I am assuming you contacted goodson bus sales also.
That is a little strange that you can't get them. :?

B & B is temporarily closed per its web site. Goodson has no wheel parts for my bus.

Well, as I said in my first post, use the Bus Conversion Magazine forum to present your problem. There are many times the number of people on that forum compared to this one. Your chances of someone knowing about the part are much greater there. If indeed these studs are that difficult to find, we should all stock up with spares (as soon as we find a source). Jefferson Bus and Truck in Oklahoma may have had them, but they are gone now. B & B is closed compared to their previous activity, but they still help people on occasion. If you have a number, give them a call, you have nothing to lose.

Before I learned that the NJ 20 was hub piloted, I looked through my receipts and found what I think are the inner studs for my model 10 drive axle E-5982R and E-5982L.

Here is a link that shows the dimensions: https://nickstruckparts.com/products/se ... wheel-stud

Here is a cropped screen capture from that site:

The length seems long to me. Can anyone confirm that is the correct stud? Does it also fit the front and bogey hubs?

FYI. This is photo of 3 of broken studs. My repair guy took unbroken to help match.
