Lets try this again. I intend now to make indivudal post on the bd'd here with photos so you will not get confused. This will be post #2 showing how I choose to reinforce my Eagle Front end, Please note, I am not a engineer, I only used common sense to me of how to protect myself from head on collision with our bus and not have a catastrophe such as Dan McMurphy. I am now totaly sure his bus was as rusted in the front end as mine but even if my bus was not rusted out, I still feel the skimpy little tubing that was originally used is nothing to brag about to protect the driver in anyway.

Here is the photos, I tried to label them also, I have a lot to learn about the (Premium Features I now pay for) and will use some of them. I have to see how this come out as posted today to begind with, I have to learn this new softwear but feel it will be of quality viewing when I get the hang of it. I have to get informatin from Paul how to sort out sections of photos in different albums that I can post the address of the albums for you to go view if interested in my project. For right now I will post the actual pictures for you on the board now.

Don't think Every Eagle is like mine I want to be sure emphasize that! Take a look at Wayne Schell's, OMG!! Anyhow here are the photos for post #2

Another post to follow of how I formed the curved framing for the front end replacement / repairs.

This is photos of how I had to bend my new 1 1/2" tubing to the original contour of the front of my bus. I do not have the convenience or $$ to have it professionally bent or formed so I did it the ole fashioned way which will give you close results but is a lot of work. You have to meaure the length you need from side to side over the outside of the old tubing. Add about 2 inches over all length in case you were wrong and you can trim it to proper length after you copy the orignal contour of the bus frame.
