That is correct Ed. The shaft has a key slot. You should be able to get a pc. from grainger, or a large machine shop.

You can thank Jim for the drawing. He saved my bacon as it would have taken me days to find it and something I would have drawn would not look anything like that. I will get started gathering parts.

Hey guys, sorry to thread jump but what is the above drawing for? Miter box adapter for a 60? Are you selling CAD drawings of the engine and trans mount by chance? Thanks

That adapter was to replace the engine crank pulley so that we could use industrial belts/sheaves off of the crank.

For the 05 and up models, you can't use a miter box - no room. However, we made drives off of the crank to drive the stock side mounted fan via a right angle gear box. On mine, I also mounted pulleys to drive a second alternator so that the house system is separate from the chassis system.

You can see more details in my project pages (see signature).

Clifford, I can use any and all of the manuals. I got a cd for the engine, but nothing beats a hard copy,so much easier to read. Let me know what you want and send them on.
Going at it pretty hard now that it cooled off.The heat here with the bus in the sun was to much for the ticker.
Thanks Ed
