How's the planning coming along Clifford or Wayne?
Need to know if reservations need to be made and so forth!

Paul, it is getting there I am just waiting on a few answers from the camp grounds.It will be a packaged deal so all you have to do is come.we may need your help with posting of the form on the other 2 boards and the info will be in the news letter in March and here. It is very hard trying to get a head count as some members don't read any board and it has to be done by phone which I will be doing next week. So far there are 19 that have made plans and that has shot my 20 spaces I had made plans for good luck

If you want to post the rally particulars in the newsletter you will need to get that information to me shortly. I see you mention a March newsletter. To date I do not have a publication date. If fact, I haven't had anyone send me more than a couple of pictures from Quartzsite for the newsletter. Remember, I am supposed to EDIT not WRITE the newsletter. That means for members to submit articles and information. Anyone with pictures from the Branson rally please send me a couple of shots.
