Thanks for the kind words everyone, it meant a lot.
Becky and I arrived at our camp host location, Crater Lake RV Park in Prospect Oregon. What a gorgeous setting!
The trip from Salem today went without a hitch! A couple of hard climbs getting here, but over all I'm so pleased with the result of our work. This was a true test of the transplant. Temp stayed at around 180 on the flats, then about 190 on the hard climbs. Ambient temp was around 75.
We'll write more later when we have more information to share on the sites in the area.
