I was wondering what 5-speed auto it had in it... Now I am even more confused. I see a clutch pedal, but you can usually see the manual shifter in photos like that but I don't see one. I don't know what in the world it is! haha.. Not a bad looking bus though. Jefferson, GA is a few hours east of my home town.

That bus is not a 1985 Model 10. It is somewhere between a late 1981 or early 1983. It has the saddle fuel tanks, larger steering wheel and old style parcel racks and interior lighting, none which were used on the 1985 Model 10's.

It also has a 5 speed standard transmission, not an automatic. It shows you the gear shift pattern on the no. 3 E.L. dash panel just below the volt gauge. No automatic gear shift lever to be found on the left side of the driver where it would have been mounted.

This bus is a 1981 Eagle Model 10 with a 5 speed manual transmission. Goodson Bus Sales has it on their website for sale at $8,495.00

Nah, I don't need anything with a 5-speed, Art. I like manual transmissions in sports cars but I think I'll stick with autos in buses.

Painted aluminum siding.................YUK! :(

I doubt a 8v92 with a 4 speed a 8v92 would shell those like peanuts.

Paul, I try and look beyond all flash of the exterior of a coach, if there are no mechanical/ structural issues after undergoig a good inspection this could very well be a good starter for someone. Painted siding... nothing a few gallons of zip strip and some elbow grease wouldn't take care of by someone willing to put in the time.I'll venture it probably has an 8v71 natural in it. FWIW, our coach has painted siding too! except ours didn't come with all the goodies this one has, Generator, tanks etc, and some what of a usable interior, and at 10 grand, this certainly worth a look.
