This mystery object was mounted in the front of the curbside driver wheel well. It was hooked to one 1/8" or so air line. (the one I had to cut through, of course )
Do I need to keep it? What was it's job? I'm stuck...

Re: What is this?
Air regulators, do you have air wipers and maybe a air washer?

Re: What is this?
Yes the bus has air wipers. Not sure what an air washer is?
And not sure why it was mounted in the drive axle wheel well?
There was a special aluminum box that looked factory "protecting" it from the elements
Also there was just one air line heading into it, so I am assuming that it is safe to cap off the air line?
Thanks

Re: What is this?
Mason, Sorry, I read right over the drive location. Wiper regulators should be at the front air tank. The ones you are mentioning may be for the OTR A/c and water supply tank.
