Today was the big day!!!! I thought we would smell smoke before lunch, but as with everything on this project it took longer!! Had the best help ever!. My brother came in from North Carolina Wednesday, and Jack Campbell was on his way back to Florida and stayed an extra day to help. I couldn't have done it this week without their help. Thanks a million to both!! Had smoke about 5 p.m. A few minor things but overall pretty dang good!!! Still have to finish wiring, rear brakes!!!More later.

This is video of the first trip around the block!!!

Dude you rock!!

Been following your progress thru the whole project and I'm jealous. You have proven that you don't get the time to tackle a project like this....you have to make it. It also proves that it is pretty tough to do it on your own. It's double fun when you can do it with people that have the same disease! You are an inspiration to anyone that has the passion to convert a bus.
Thanks for the project thread...my kind of bus porn!!
Hope to buy you a beer someday...too bad we're on opposite coasts.

Congratulations,

Randy Coons

It will take a while to get that smile off your face. Get back to work, you don't have time to be posting if you want to get the job finished.
