Finally get to the big one!!! The bus is being painted by Ozone Collision in Greenville, SC. They do mostly large trucks and buses. The owner is a friend and a great painter. He agreed to paint the bus if I helped. Next time I will pay extra NOT to help!! What a job! Sand, wash, prime. Sand wash prime again. Paint now? NO!! Water sand again! Prime again. Now paint for two days. Done, NO!! Water sand clear, then clear three more times!! Paint prep has taken four men about four days. Went into the booth Friday night. Will have finished pics. in a couple days. What a job!!!

Brant (the owner) wondering if I will make it as a painter!@!@

Prep, prime, sand, it becomes a blur after a few days!

The booth may look small in this pic. but will accomadate an 80' long vehicle.

Wet sanded before last coat of clear.

Looking very good Eric! I remember doing that on ours, and all by myself. it took me a lot longer and then I get to redo it! I found out I'm no painter! I should have went with my first instinct, don't shoot metallic! Or practiced on something much smaller! ;)

Can't wait to see the result!

What brand of products are you using?

That is really nice. Mine was in the paintshop for over 11 weeks and the truly sad part was "it was a single color" paint job.

No I didn't say that ... Must have been some other guy.
