Once again, I'll take this opportunity to thank all who have supported us in this endeavor. I still look back to the day that I returned home with a busted up Eagle to only say " WHAT HAVE I DONE NOW! My only regrets, are that I had not done this years ago when I could have afforded it, the bus would be done already and I would be (probably) finishing my 3rd bus :shock: LOL! Thanks for the encouragement. :D

I couldn't agree more. I too waited much to long to enjoy the fruits of our labor of love, but it's never to late! This is actually my second bus. My first one was a 1952 Ford Schoolie Shorty. Didn't get to enjoy it, life changes got in the way. But now we have the best of the best, an Eagle!

What a rewarding experience we have embarked on, now if the price of diesel would go down we could enjoy it more!

[quote="van"]Yea! TV!

The other day I happened to find myself at Staples and they had these headphone jobbies on sale, so I bought a pair. Hook 'em up and you can lay in the "ahem" stateroom, watch television and no one else can hear it at all. Also is great when the AC is on, helps us old goats hear better.

One drawback ... If you have them on, and they say something funny, you will laugh out loud, and then you wake up Mama Cave Bear.

Be advised.

No I didn't say that ... Must have been some other guy.
