It has brown tag N65's. I'm not even sure what my current engine has. Will find out when I pull it.

Re: Dreamscape 1968 Eagle 01
I am sure you will but use the valve covers off your old engine better than the stamped steel covers looking good with the tent I thought when I first looked you went into preaching lol hope you changed the front and rear seal

I sure do wish I was doing my own engine swap. I am jealous! Looks like you are having fun.

Re: Dreamscape 1968 Eagle 01
I have a few parts that will get transferred from old to new. Valve covers are on the list. Might even swap out the compressor, haven't checked to see if it's possible. Are they driven the same way and just configured differently?
I have a lot of tunnel work. Clean and inspect all tubing, engine rails etc. Remove anything that will not be used then add some fresh paint.
I have lots of work ahead of me but it keeps me out of trouble!

Re: Dreamscape 1968 Eagle 01
It should last longer than the 5 or 6 thousand miles we've put on it don't ya think?
I was thinking that it be OK to swap to keep the hose outlet and governor the same. Otherwise I'm shooting in the dark. At least I know it pumped good air. Not much oil on the pressure side that I could see.
I know, good price huh!
