I know Ron, and this bus is particularly nice. I have a Cummins 450HP ISM (M-11) in our bus and know how nice that is. The repower was done by Southern Oregon Diesel as ours. It is a very good and reliable bus. How much is he asking?

This bus was built for Bucky Austin. Bucky is a successful Washington businessman who is active in various forms of drag racing. His buses are always top notch.

Ron left the "Austin" destination sign in place (see the photo taken at Devil's Tower).

I have posted it on the website with a link to this thread.

Wayne and I were talking last night and both of us agree that this is an amazing bus for the asking price.

We have a few folks looking for Eagles on this board and I wanted to bump this to make sure that folks are aware of the opportunity.

I know this bus too. It is a remarkable deal at the asking price. I have the same engne / trans setup (Cummins M11 or ISM) in my bus. I know what the re-power cost was, and a potential buyer will get a nice surprise when comparing what Ron's bus is to others around.

I contacted Ron and he has moved the bus from a consignment lot back to his house so that it will be inside for the winter.

As noted above, there was some confusion about his email address. The correct address is: rlasleson@msn.com

Folks, this is a great value. I am surprised it is still on the market.

Nice bus well worth the asking price IMO if I didn't have this 45 ft MCI I would be taking a close look at it.The problem is there are 3 -model 15 converted by Marathon and CC on the market for under 50k ea with less than 200,000 miles on ea unit I think when they sell Bob and Ron's will sell in a heartbeat it just takes time
