I have a 1985 Model 10 that was partially converted by the previous owners. I bought the bus from a gentleman in Michigan that had started tearing out the bed room. It has a bathroom in the center with a shower and a sealand commode. It has kitchen cabinets installed. A leather sofa and two roof airs. It has a brand new propane generator ( 30 Hours)
It has propane heat as well as the original bus heat intact. I used the bus heat when I drove from Michigan. It was -2 and I was toasty. I have driven the bus from Michigan to Kentucky. I then added a hitch and new gray water tank. The PO had put in one that was to small. It has all the tanks, a house style water heater, Electronic auto switch for electric/generator auto switch. A 12 volt battery bank. Bathroom Vent fan, 12 volt water pump.
I have used the bus on 1 camping trip by sleeping on a queen mattress. It was about 400 mile trip. I have installed a new fuel gauge sensor. Also wheel simulators. The windows are still in the bus but covered up. There is rust on two of the bay door uprights. The sides are straight. There is some rust is the wheel wells but they are solid. I looked for three years before buying the bus and have looked at junk before. The bus is not JUNK. It is a great bus for someone wanting a good start on the project. It has a 6V92 unknown milage. It has 3.33 gearing. with a 4 speed allison. The speedometer shows 750000. The hubmeter show 277000. The spedometer worked part time when I bought the bus but has since stopped working. I forgot to mention it also has a new awning.
