It will be interesting to see what it goes for, nice looking coach!

What does the LT package mean?

Paul,

I saw that yesterday. Wouldn't a NY bus be likely to have allot of rust?

Think I should offer 7K if no rust ;) maybe they would take it, lol!

This one has been on before and does look like a nice coach. My Eagle had the LT package and I don't know what all was different. I do know that mine had the enclosed luggage racks that I thought was a part of that package as does the one pictured.

Thanks,

Someone who knows better can verify, but the engine compartment looks like a Model 10 with the engine sitting so far forward and the turbo behind the motor...

Not sure but the engine compartment looks different than mine.

This is what I expect to see in the back of a Model 15. See how the turbo is tucked on top of the engine and the engine is further back. The entire engine compartment is different.

If it indeed is the first Model 15, maybe they learned from it and made them up like you have shown. It seems to happen a lot on Eagles for some reason. I'm sure they went through a learning curve from on the job training. I know Dan has eluded to that on several occassions. I hope he chimes in.

I haven't had the experience on any other than Model 01, so I'm learning.

I just noticed some small lights under the top of the rear bumper. I think I've seen that done before. Is that typical or an add on?

Even the engine door opens differently on both. I like the pantograph better, less head knocking.

I thought I read or someone told me on the 15 they got rid of the mitre box? I can see it in the bus on ebay.

There are a lot of things on that bus that are not what we expect to see on a 15. We are told that it is an early 15 but I never knew of a 15 that was built like a 10. I can't see the pics well enough to see the slant on the front to 102.

Maybe some folks with serial number info can check 700045 and tell us about this mystery Model 15 built like a 10.
