Looks like it did come from a Eagle with the intake on top and the 3 and 1/2 inch exhaust going out the rear it is also a later model block I can not see from the photo if it is a after cooler block or not may be worth the bucks for a spare you can not buy 2 heads for that price.

Yea he did Jim been a long time since I spoke with him his brother is the one that has a Eagle with the Cummins pancake engine I was telling you about strange looking the engine laying on it side in a Eagle.

I wrote to the guy to try to find out more info on the Eagle and see if he has any other parts. Not likely to hear from him before the auction ends though.
Paul, I'm trying to come up with some more Jake sets if you are interested. I'm talking a deal with a Detroit dealer who doesn't deal much with two strokes anymore so I may be helping clear out his two stroke parts.

Clifford, Kent and I went to look at his brother's Eagle last year when I was in Ogden, but I did not think to look at the engine.
His brother was/is a fairly big time drag racer and I was looking at the nostalgia nitro Funny Car he is building. Too many toys for my pea brain.
Next time I am over there, I will take some pictures for my collection.

The guy wrote me back and told me that he had updated his Eagle to an 8V92. He didn't give me any other details. I invited him over here. He also has an MCI for sale on eBay.
