Jim, the next transmission service to change the filter in the pan on the valve body at the trimmer valves there are 4 spring loaded adjusting bolts you push the one in for what ever gear you want higer and turn to the right. 1 click will raise your shift point 40 rpms a nasty job but not hard. I can send you a copy from the manual showing them if you like.

I have a 8V92 for sale if you are still interested. It came out of 1989 Model15 Charter Bus. Call Dave Gregory at Souther Oregan Diesel 541-672-7400. The engine is at his shop and he has all the details. I drove it less than 500 mi. and it ran fine and had no oil leaks. Unusall for 8V92.
