Model 15 A/C condenser removal

Post by van »

just curious as to the +/-'s of removing the a/c condenser and how it affects the cooling efficency of the engine compartment .I removed the compressor already and planned on removing the condenser (have 2 roof a/c's) which is not needed,so,will this aid in cooling the engine or does it affect the efficency of the radiator fan,and if so how?Your thoughts on this

Thanks .Van

My opinion would be to get that sucker out of there. The more things you can get out of the way of the airflow, the better. Of course, this is just my opinion and I have no scientific data to back it up. :)
