Panard Bar on Drive Axle

Just wandering if anyone has considered installing a PANARD BAR
on the drive axle.

For those of you that don't know what a PANARD BAR is or for,
it is mounted to the top of your rearend housing and tied to the side
frame with moveable joints to limit side to side movement, as this will
still let the rearend move up and down, but not side to side.

I have noticed when manuvering to park the drive axle can shift from
side to side a couple of inches, so i thought this might help on those windy
days to stop some of the sway and tail-wagging.

Sonnie, That is interesting I have seen the rear end move a little also. I am sure there is give in the mount at the frame ( don't have the manual here don't khow the proper name). My concern is the frame being able to hold the side force. I think you would have to reinforce the frame.

Good luck wayne
