Mark when I talked to Byron he said to just call the RV park and make your reservation. We are going but not for the whole 7 days.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Note: on 6/18/12 Byron clarified that the reservations must be made via check made payable to him. Calling the campground will cause confusion and Byron will have no way to know that you plan to attend.

Andy, I am confused (as usual). The post about the rally suggests that the rally fee of $190 includes the campground fee. Paying that fee should not require you to call the campground.

I wonder if your discussion with Byron was for your unique situation where you will not be there for the full rally?

I talked to Byron today and he is concerned that there is some confusion about signing up for the rally.

There is not a registration form. Rather, you need to mail your check to Byron and that will register you for the rally.

Please do not call the campground, as that will cause a great deal of confusion and Byron will not have the proper count so that he can plan for the tour and catered meal.

Some folks have asked if there is a reduced fee if you can't stay for the full 7 days. The problem is that the campground gave Byron a special rate for the week, and there is no easy way to pro-rate for less days.

Also, the $190 includes not only the camping, but also funds for the catered meal. As noted, Byron will need to have a fairly accurate count to plan for this meal and the other activities.

Here is a summary of the rally information:

October 3rd Through Oct 10, 2012
Branson, MO
Trail Boss—Byron Pigg
Home Phone 417..753..2285
Cell Phone 417..840..9343
e-mail 85eagle15 at gmail dot com

Rally fee $190.00 2 people 1 coach
Includes full hook-ups for first 35 coaches

Registration deadline August 15, 2012

Make checks payable to Byron Pigg and mail to:

Byron Pigg
875 Pedelo
Rogersville, MO 65742
