Talked to Byron today. He has about 26 coaches signed up. He said that you can still register.

He is on the road, but he thinks he reserved 32 spots and he thinks that can be increased if needed.

He does need to know ahead of time if you are coming so that he can plan the various aspects of the rally.

Hope you all can make it!!!

Byron and I have talked to some folks that don't seem to be able to see this thread. It turns out that I think they are using Tapatalk on their smart phones to read the various Eagle forum threads.

I posted this on the Tapatalk thread (http://www.eaglesinternational.net/foru ... f=8&t=2799):

Like any software, it has some idiosyncrasies. When I talked to Byron about the Branson Rally thread, he said that he could not see it. He had gone to the Club Calendar on his phone, but could not see the thread. When I tried my phone, I too could not see it. It turns out that I had made the thread a "stickie" which means that it stays at the top of that forum. Tapatalk handles stickies differently. They have tabs at the top of the screen and one is - you guessed it: stickies. When you click on stickies, the thread shows up. Not sure why they do it that way, but it works. Shown below is a screen capture on my iPhone:

Just talked to Byron and he has 29 registrations! He had reserved 30 spaces, but he thinks we can add a couple more if there are any late registrations.

If you have any thoughts about coming (tent, S&S, motel, whatever) be sure to let Byron know ahead of time. All are welcome, but Byron needs a pretty firm count.

He said that the campground has gone out of their way to be accommodating. They will probably have some discounted tickets to various shows. The have converted the registration building to an indoor meeting room and we have complete access to that room.

Good Lord willin' and the creeks don't rise we will be there for the first day and maybe some the second day. Looking forward to a good time and meeting some more eagle owners. Just checked the weather for the 3rd...78 degrees, scattered clouds and only a 10% chance for showers, should be a perfect day.
