This is the place to tell about all the cool places your Eagle takes you. Hopefully there will be lots of great pictures that will help us all plan future trips.
Thanksgiving and the Eagle

No, we are not on the road. Rather, this is a story about how we use the Eagle for Thanksgiving (and Christmas).

Lots of folks talk about how they use their bus when faced with power outages in a big storm. We have done that more that once.

However, in this case, we are using the refrigerator in the Eagle to store some of our food for tomorrow.

Pat and I are hosting our three daughters and their families -- total of 17 folks including us. We have been working over the past few days to get ready. The fridge now has the meat from two turkeys we cooked this week and five homemade pies that Pat made today!!! The freezer has extra ice and two turkey carcases for making green chili at a later date.

I don't know what we would do without that extra fridge. I am sure many of you can relate.

We wish all of you a great Thanksgiving!!!
