Quick stop in Tucson

Post by SunChaserCindy »

Hi All,
Art and I have been out gallivanting for a little over a week now. We spent a couple days in Phoenix, AZ, then a few days in Florence, AZ for the Country Thunder music festival.

Yesterday we left Florence, and made a quick run to Tucson to visit LeRoy and Anne. We had to check out Tiny's Restaurant that they spoke about in another post. It was really great!

Just as we were arriving, Anne fell down the entry step into the dash and got a few bumps and bruises... including a fat lip. Ouch!

We took a drive around the desert, and then got back in time for this beautiful sunset!

Thanks for the great visit LeRoy and Anne! :)

We are now headed for Yuma for a few days.

Hey Cindy and Willis' -

What was the name of the RV park where you stayed in Tucson and would you recommend it? We will be going through in October and visiting with our kiddos and grandkiddos so your recommendations are welcome. Guess we'll need to check out Tiny's too!

Thanks.
